Blue Cardinal Quilting Price List

Estimates for longarm quilting will be provided based on the following pricing (increased as of 1/1/2024):

 

• Edge-to-Edge Quilting - $0.025 per square inch, minimum $60

• Custom or ruler work from $0.60 per square inch, minimum $60

• Thread, 100% polyester or cotton 40 wt, 50 wt or 60 wt - $10.00 

• Thread, specialty - variegated, metallic, monofilament - $14.00

• Custom thread color change - $4.00 per color

• Ironing quilt top or backing - $15.00 per piece

• Piecing backing (43” width) - $20.00 per seam

• Batting - priced per selection

• Setup - $25

• Binding - attach your prepared binding - $20

• Binding - cut, iron, attach and machine sewn down - $30/hr.

• Shipping - pass-through USPS cost
   

Payment Types accepted: credit cards, PayPal, check, cash.

 

Any additional work to prepare the quilt, such as correcting wavy borders or puckering points, will be charged at $10 per hour and discussed with you ahead of time.  

 

We use a Bernina Q24 with Q-matic software. While we offer over 400 quilting designs, we can use any design you find at a reputable digital quilt design provider and can provide you a list of those providers upon request.
